This video appears to depict what might today be called a "cruise train" running on the Copper River & Northwestern in the 1920s. There is a brief shot of it loading at the Cordova wharf, but much of the footage seems to be taken on the east bank of the Copper River between miles 34 and 49. The bridge toward the end of the video is Bridge 49A, the "Million Dollar" Bridge.
The 1913 Alaska Railroad Commission report says that the CR&NW ran special trains in connection with steamship arrivals, something the White Pass & Yukon also did. The passenger equipment, however, normally ran as part of a triweekly mixed train during this period.
